1- I would like to use PayPal to pay the registration fee for COAR 2019 – what is the correct way to identify COAR as the recipient of these funds?

To pay the registration fee through Paypal, you must have an account yourself. Then, after you login into your account, there’s a place to “Search”, there you just have to search for the COAR office e-mail: office@coar-repositories.org and make the payment.

2-  I tried to pay via the bank transfer option in the scienceconf portal, but it is not working.

The scienceconf portal is only used for the registration. For the payment, you need to make a normal bank transfer in your homebanking or in an ATM or just use our Paypal account, searching for our account with our office e-mail: office@coar-repositories.org.

If you need an invoice for the payment, we can send it to you.

3-  Last week, I registered for the conference COAR but I did not receive invoice or any other information about my registration. Is there anything that can testifying that I registered?

 You might have received the registration confirmation by e-mail, but unfortunately the CCSD system doesn’t send automatic invoices. So we are just sending for the people that asks for it or people who did already pay.

4-  I would like to attend the COAR 2019 Annual Meeting & General Assembly in Lyon. I believe that my registration will be validated once you’ve received my payment. My company requires an invoice, could you please send an invoice for the registration ?
